Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

Every WhiteStag purchase is covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of the amount paid for that order, for any reason. You do not need to justify your request.

This guarantee also reflects the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to many online purchases (including the 7-day right under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code and the cooling-off rights available to consumers in the EU and other regions).

2. Refund requests after 7 days

After the 7-day window, refunds are no longer automatic but are still considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you're unhappy with your program, contact us and explain the situation — we genuinely try to find a fair outcome, which may include a full or partial refund, credit, or help getting more from the program. We do not condition refunds on achieving any particular health or beauty result.

3. How to request a refund

• Email support@whitestag.online (or message WhatsApp +55 44 99700-4937) from, or referencing, the email used at purchase.
• Include your name and, if you have it, your order or receipt reference.
• We confirm receipt and process eligible refunds promptly — see timing below.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We submit the refund within 5 business days of approval; the time for the money to appear depends on your bank or card issuer (commonly 5–10 business days). Refunds are issued in the original currency of the purchase.

5. Subscriptions & recurring billing

Some programs are offered as a subscription. When that is the case, the recurring price and billing interval are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm, and restated in your confirmation email.

• Cancel anytime, no fee. You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing support@whitestag.online or messaging WhatsApp +55 44 99700-4937. Tell us you'd like to cancel and we'll take care of it.
• Effect of cancellation. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Recent charges. If a renewal was charged within the last 7 days, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies to that charge.

6. Chargebacks

If you don't recognise a charge or have any concern, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, including an immediate refund where eligible. Our billing descriptor is WHITESTAG, shown at checkout, to help you recognise the charge.
